Dr. Allinah Tahir was born and raised in Pakistan. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, College of Dentistry in 2025. She lives in Durham, North Carolina with her husband and their young child. Family is central to her life and becoming a mother has been one of her most rewarding experiences.

Dr. Tahir enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, exploring local coffee shops, and discovering new cafés. She also loves traveling and experiencing new places. She has been passionate about staying active since childhood and has enjoyed swimming and cycling from a young age, activities that continue to play an important role in her life. Dr. Tahir values community involvement, lifelong learning, and finding joy in everyday moments.
