We want to help you prioritize your oral health, and this program allows for a complete continuation of preventative care. Our Lane Advantage Plan is an exclusive dental membership designed for affordable dental care. Just pay a monthly fee of *$29/mo per person and receive huge discounts on ALL dental procedures, including Orthodontics and Oral Surgery! Plan Guidelines:

This Lane Advantage Dental Membership Plan is NOT insurance but will allow those who do not have insurance or who choose not to utilize their insurance to take advantage of special savings. These dental benefits are not transferable to another dental practice or dental specialty practice. Payment is always due at the time of service.  

  • 1 year minimum commitment to participate in this plan
  • Membership dues are payable monthly or annually upon registration.
  • This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of dental services.
  • Membership will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless opted out.
  • Payments for additional dental services are the member’s responsibility. Payment is due on the date of service to qualify for the discounts detailed above.
  • Membership must be current to receive the discount.
  • Fees for dental services may change at any time.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and keep all appointments offered as part of the Lane Advantage Plan.
  • Please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you must change a scheduled appointment.
  • No deductions, no pre-authorizations, no yearly maximums, no waiting period.
  • No exclusions for elective care.
